Success factors of the system:
Surface structure of the insulation slab
The EPS insulation slab has a milled and specially designed surface structure. This surface structure causes the sinter skin to be torn open, creates larger adhesive surfaces with a grooved structure, and therefore provides even better adhesion and safety than conventional smooth slabs. Despite larger adhesive surfaces, the consumption of adhesive is not increased.
Easy, economic processing
Mechanical application of the adhesive is carried out using a partial area adhesion method. This guarantees an easy and economic laying of the insulation slabs. This highly efficient method saves 20-30% of time depending on the surface!
Sophisticated logistics – economically advantageous
Cramped building sites in the city centre, the lack of interim storage on building sites, blocked scaffolding areas, etc. – there is hardly a processor who has never encountered these problems on the building site. With the takeit system by HASIT, these problems belong to the past. The insulation slabs are delivered in convenient bags and are fixed directly to the scaffold railing.
